For Gravy :

Birista/Fried Onion   1/3 cup
yogurt   1/3 cup
Cashew nuts   4 tbsp
whole Dried Red Chili   10

Fennel Seeds   1 tsp
Kasoori methi   1 tsp
Red Chili Powder   1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder   1 tsp
Turmeric   1/4 tsp
salt as per taste
Butter   1 tbsp
Sugar   2 tsp
Cream   3 tbsp

For Stuffing :

Oil   1 tsp
Chopped Green Chili   1
Chopped Ginger   1/2 inch
Chopped Cashew nuts    3 tbsp
Chopped Raisins   3 tbsp
Small Chopped Carrot    1
Chopped French Beans    4
Paneer crumbled   20 grams
Corn   3 tbsp
Peas   3 tbsp
Chili Powder   1/2 tsp Red
salt to taste
Sugar   1 tsp
Kitchen King Masala   1/2 tsp
Chopped Coriander Leaves   3 tbsp
Anardana   1 tbsp
Paneer Slices
Butter   2 tsp
Chopped Coriander Leaves   3 tbsp
Chili Flakes   1/2 tsp

Recipe For Stuff Paneer Tawa Masala :

Step 1 : Fried Onion and yogurt blend for gravy.

Step 2 : Now Take a Pan, add the cashews and Dried Chili then add water.

Step 4 : After Blend these Mixture.

Step 5 : take Chopped tomatoes and blend till becomes paste.

Step 6 : Now Take a another Pan, Add Oil, then add cloves, black cardamom, star anise, fennel seeds and kasoori methi.

Step 8 : After add red chili powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder after add tomato paste.

Step 9 : Then add the cashew and chili paste, and add water.

Step 10 : Boil for some time.

Step 12 : Take a another pan, add the butter and sugar. after add gravy and add some cream now boil for 2-3 minutes and your gravy is ready.

Step 13 : For Paneer stuffing, in a pan, add oil. after add cashews, green chili, raisins and ginger. cook for some time.

Step 14 : After add carrot, french beans, paneer, corn and peas. cook for some times. then add the red chili powder, salt, sugar, kitchen king masala. cook for 2-3 minute and add the chopped coriander and anardana. so your stuffing is ready.

Step 15 : Now Cut the paneer slices and fill the stuffing.

Step 16 : In a grill pan, add butter and coriander and some chili flakes. add the stuffed paneer slices and grill it.

Step 17 : now all your things are ready to serve. take a serving dish put in the middle grill paneer slices and pour the gravy. Now your Stuff Paneer Tawa Masala is ready to serve.

For Gravy :

  • In a mixture jar, add the birista(fried onion) and yogurt then blend and make it paste. then take a chopped tomatoes and blend it and make it paste. after these take a pan, add the cashews and dry red chili and water.let it boil for 8-10 minutes. after cool down blend and make a smooth paste.
  • Take a another pan, add the oil and after add the cloves, black cardamom, star anise, fennel seeds and kasoori methi. Quickly add the birista(fried onion) and yogurt paste cook for 3-4 minutes. after add kasoori methi, red chili powder,coriander powder and turmeric powder. mix it and cook for 2 minutes.
  • After add the tomato paste, salt to taste and mix it well and cover the pan and cook for 6-7 minutes. After add the cashew and chili paste, mix it well and add the water and mix it and boil the gravy. after strain the gravy.
  • In an another pan add butter and sugar and let it lightly caramelize, after add the gravy and boil. add some cream and mix it well so your gravy is ready to serve.

For Stuffing :

  • Take a pan, add the oil then chopped green chili, ginger, cashew and raisins. mix it well. after add carrot, french beans, paneer, corn and green peas. mix it well and cook it for 4-5 minutes.
  • Sprinkle some water drops and mash the mixture.add some spices like red chili powder, salt to taste, sugar and kitchen king masala. mix and cook for some times. then add coriander and anardana. now your stuffing is ready.
  • Cut the paneer into slices fill the stuffing. then take a grill pan, add butter, some coriander and chili flakes. add the stuff paneer for grill. on the top apply some butter, coriander and chili flakes then turn the paneer and grill both side properly.

For Serving :

  • Take a serving plate, middle of the plate put the grill stuff paneer and pour the hot gravy. sprinkle some paneer on the gravy and put the fresh mint leaves. so your Stuff Paneer Tawa Masala is ready to Eat.
