Amul 25% low fat cream
2 large Alphonso mangoes puree
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup sugar add as required

Mango Ice Cream Recipe :
Step 1 : Peel and chop the mangoes.
Step 2 : Blend the mangoes.
Step 3 : Add vanilla extract and sugar to a smooth pulp.
Step 4 : Mix It Well.
Step 5 : Whip the cream till formed.
Step 6 : Then add the mango pulp. fold or mix well.
Step 7 : Check the sweetness and add more sugar if required.
Step 8 : pour in a tray or container and place in the freezer. cover the container.
Step 9 : when the ice cream is half frozen remove from the freezer.
Step 10 : Whip again for a minute. pour the ice cream contents again in the container with lid.
Step 11 : Freeze till set. scoop the Mango Ice Cream and Serve.
- Instead of whipping the cream separately, you can also just whip the cream in a blender with the mango puree till soft peaks are formed.
- Sweetness can always be adjusted as per your requirements.
