Semolina(Suji) 3/4 cup
Water 1-1/2 cup
Chopped Carrots & French Beans 1 cup
Chopped Onion 1 (large)
oil 2 tbsp
Mustard Seeds 1/2 tsp
Red Chili 1 (Dried)
Chopped Ginger 1 inch
Chopped Green Chili 1
salt as per taste
Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
Chili Flakes 1/2 tsp
Crushed Peanuts 2 tbsp

Recipe For Upma Pakoda :
Step 1: Take a Pan and add the oil. after add mustard seeds.
Step 2: mustard seeds are poped then add curry leaves, chopped ginger and green chili.
Step 3: After this, add chopped onions and cook it until it’s golden. also add salt per taste.
Step 4: Then add chopped carrots and french beans.
Step 5: After add black pepper and mix it.
Step 6: Then add suji (semolina) and mix it well.
Step 7: After add water and mix all things. then cover it and cook for 5 minutes. so your upma is ready.
Step 8: upma is cool down then add the crushed peanuts, chili flakes and fresh coriander. mix all things.
Step 9: After this make a small bites of this upma mixture and dropped into hot oil and fry till they turn golden.
Step 10: so your Upma Pakoda is ready to serve.
