For the Pizza Base :
All Purpose flour : 1-1/2 cups
Instant Dry Yeast : 1 packet / 2-1/4 tsp
Salt : 1/2 tsp
Sugar : 1 tsp
Milk / Water : 1/2 cup
Olive oil / Vegetable oil : 2 tbsp
For the Topping :
Onion : 1
Tomato : 1
Capsicum / Green Bell Pepper : 1
Mushrooms : 2
Tomato sauce : 3 to 4 tbsp
Red chilly powder : 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder : 1/4 tsp
Mozzarella Cheese : 1/2 cup
Cooking Time :
For Dough Rest : 1 Hour.
For Pizza Backing : 15-20 minutes.
Recipe For Veg Cheese Pizza :
Step 1: Take a Yeast packet.
Step 2: A warm water and milk in a bowl. heat this for 40-45 seconds in the microwave till for little warm. add yeast and sugar. mix well and cover it up with kitchen towel. rest for 10-15 minutes. if it turns frothy, then yeast is activated.
Step 3: Take all purpose flour. and add the salt to taste.
Step 4: In the flour add the activated yeast and mix the flour.
Step 5: Dough should be very soft and sticky. add oil and mix it well. then rest the dough and cover the dough with kitchen towel.
Step 6: Now punch the dough to let the air out.
Step 7: Place the dough on a board and with the help of a rolling pin gently make a big circle. Here used the pan that came with the oven for baking. then greased the bottom with oil and lightly floured it. Transfer the circle of dough to the pan and start to make a circle by spreading with your fingers and palm.
Step 8: For topping : prick the pizza dough and apply some oil and microwave for 5 minutes. apply first layer of tomato sauce then arrange vegetables and in last grate the thin layer of Mozzarella cheese.
Step 9: Backing : Bake the pizza for 15-20 minutes in the microwave.
Step 10: Now your HomeMade Veg Cheese Pizza Is Ready To Eat.
Step 11: For topping you can also use the Black Olives. Like Shown in the picture below.
For Making The Dough :

Dough should be very soft and sticky. Add oil and mix it well. then rest the dough and cover the with kitchen towel.
Now punch the dough to let the air out. Place the dough on a board and with the help of a rolling pin gently make a big circle. Here used the pan that came with the oven for baking. then greased the bottom with oil and lightly floured it. For Topping :
Prick the pizza dough, spread oil on the surface and bake for 5 min. This is for the prevent the pizza from becoming soggy after to add the topping.first a layer of tomato sauce and on top of that arrange the vegetables according to your wish. Grate a thin layer of Mozzarella cheese all over. Sprinkle red chills powder, garam masala powder and drop big dollops of tomato sauce here and there. grate Mozzarella cheese to cover everything. you can also use the black olives for the topping like above picture. Place in the oven and once again bake for 15 min to 20 min approx. or till the cheese on top melts completely to look like the above picture. so your cheesy Yummy Veg Cheese Pizza Is Ready To Eat.
Some Important Notes :
- You need not have to use the entire 1/2 cup of liquid to make the dough. Just use enough else the dough will be very sticky.
- Remember to remove the seeds of the tomatoes else the pizza will become slushy.
- Just 2 mushrooms are enough. The more you stack the more it will start to ooze out water.
- Preferred to grate the cheese directly over the pizza for a neat finishing else they stick and stack at one place.
- Use your hands to mix the dough. The body heat also enhances the development of yeast.
- If using Active dry yeast use the same measurement as Instant yeast but you have to proof, it before use and make it rest for a second raise.
- Preheat the microwave @200 Degrees Celsius.
